Welcome to our Family Farm!
Less than ten miles from downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, our family farm has been growing with love and dedication for the past ten years. What started as ten acres of wooded land has blossomed into a thriving home for our pick-you-own blueberry patch, weddings, events and unforgettable memories. We invite you to discover what makes our farm special and why we’re proud to call it home.
Our Story
Our journey began decades ago when our family decided to cultivate the rich soil and nurture the land with hard work and care. Over the years, each member has contributed their passion—whether it’s planting seeds, caring for animals, or sharing stories around the kitchen table. Today, the farm is a testament to our commitment to tradition, community, and innovation.
What We Grow & Raise
We specialize in rabbiteye varieties of blueberries. These varieties include Premier, Climax, Tifblue, Powder Blue, Ira and Onslow. We have approximately 650 bushes. While we are not certified organic, we do use organic practices. We do not spray our plants with any pesticides. In addition to our produce, we raise happy, healthy animals with ethical standards. Come out and meet our goats (Earl, Nelly and Delilah) and our miniature donkeys (Cracker Jack and Josie).
Our Philosophy
Our mission is to provide a memorable and pleasing place to have a wedding or event and to also provide hands-on farm experiences to the local community. Our core principles are to take care of the land we have and be resourceful, nurture the plants and animals we have, and share our love of our place with others.
